Provider of the USCADA service

Provider: a sole proprietor. The activity is providing access to the USCADA cloud software platform: industrial site monitoring and dispatch, alarms, an event journal, trends and mimic diagrams on a subscription plan.

What is sold

• Access to cloud SCADA USCADA in the browser
• Site monitoring: a boiler house, lighting, a pump station or another location
• Alarms, an event journal and Telegram alerts
• Mimics, cards, trends and a station map
• Commands to equipment, project tags and alarm rules
• A Starter, Pro or Enterprise plan, plus separate modules when they are enabled

What confirms it

The contract, invoice and acceptance act name the same USCADA access, plan or module. The payment reference says USCADA access, the plan name or the module name. Prices are on the pricing page.

The tasks covered by that access are written out separately: cloud SCADA, site monitoring, alarms, mimics and trends.
