Services / About us
About us
USCADA is a cloud SCADA for site monitoring. Behind it is engineering practice at plants since 2001: devices, controllers, lines and dispatch systems.
We also provide services
Besides access to USCADA, we consult on, design, build, program and repair automation systems and electronics.
Consulting
We find the cause of a fault: software, electronics or mechanics. We work through the machine documentation, source spare parts and help in talks with suppliers.
Design
Process control and instrumentation for lines, machines and sites: controllers, sensors, communications, remote monitoring and control. Installation and commissioning on site.
Manufacturing
Microprocessor devices built for the task: schematic, PCB layout and fabrication, enclosure, assembly, firmware. Timers, counters, temperature controllers, access control, data acquisition modules, weigh batching.
Programming
Changes to existing programs and new projects for Siemens, Omron, SAIA, WAGO and Unitronics controllers. Microcontrollers, PC and Android applications, SCADA.
Repair
Electronics of industrial automation: PLCs, operator panels, sensors, frequency drives, signal converters.
When people write to us
- A line or machine misbehaves and the cause is unclear
- A controller, panel, sensor or frequency drive has failed
- A controller program has to change for a new task
- You need a device that is not on sale
- A device has to join a system and its protocol is undocumented
- A site has to be brought under remote monitoring
Experience
Engineering work is led by a specialist with two relevant qualifications and plant experience since 2001, from board repair to controller programs and dispatch systems.
- 1992–1996
- Dnipropetrovsk College of Automation and Telemechanics, Computer Systems and Networks. Worked in parallel as a lab assistant: PC repair and software for lab work.
- 1996–2001
- Dnipropetrovsk National University, Non-Destructive Testing Instruments. Diploma project: a fast Fourier transform algorithm in Assembler and on a Xilinx FPGA.
- Since 2001
- Electronics engineer at a plant: repair of industrial automation, program changes for food production lines and machines, device development, remote monitoring and control systems (SCADA), process control and instrumentation.

Full device cycle
Working units are built from schematic to finished product: timers, counters, temperature controllers, access control systems, data acquisition modules for SCADA, weigh batching controllers.
Working with machines
Technical documentation for production machines, tracing breakdowns and faulty operation, sourcing and buying spare parts, talks with suppliers. English: fluent reading of technical documentation.
Hobby: portable CNC machines.
What to put in the email
- The equipment: manufacturer, model, controller
- What is happening, or what you need to get
- What you already have: schematics, program, documentation, photos
- Where the equipment is and when you need it done
Provider: a sole proprietor. The same provider gives access to USCADA and carries out the engineering work. Engineering work is not part of the USCADA plans: scope, cost and timing are agreed separately, and the contract, invoice and acceptance act name that work. More on the provider page.
